  Very rarely there will be a room open, as most of the residents are paying weekly/monthly and plan to stay long term. The bigger building is not currently in use and is undergoing repairs. The room comes with free digital public television, not cable, that rarely works with any consistency. The furniture is in need of an upgrade, the electrical needs improvement and the heaters struggle to keep up with winter temperatures on colder days. The upsides are the nice staff/owners and the quiet neighbors.
