  A REAL REVIEW: alot of the reviews are BS and people don't take into account the variables we have here.
  
  First - Howell location = local resident staff. If your order gets screwed up from time to time, remember.. They probably attended Howell Public Schools.. Not their fault, they are doing their best. So for that we automatically have to remove 1 star.
  
  Second - Howell location = Howell customers. If anyone is complaining that it takes long to get their food or that it's busy or that the lobby is a mess just remember.. You have Howell customers trying to comprehend to the menu, trying to scrounge up the remainder of Friday's paycheck on a Tuesday to pay for a coffee and they don't understand what a trash can is or how to push in a chair. Howell customers, remove 1 star.
  
  Once you factor in these variables and comprehend that this is not the Brighton Tim Hortons it's actually not bad. The coffee is hot and fresh, you sometimes get service with a smile and at the end of the day, be thankful it's not a Tim Hortons on the East side of metro Detroit.
